Blog changes

There are some important changes on the Music Anyway blog going to happen.

1. Reviews of music albums will be still in Polish and English

2. In addition to music albums the music festivals and concerts will be also reviewed. Only in English.

3. The photos and the most important information will be posted on social media accounts of Music Anyway:

4. I am sorry for grammar mistakes, Content matters.

The reason of changes are forthcoming festival and concerts that I’m going to attend.

First of all I’ll visit the unique Le Guess Who? Festival which takes place in Utrecht, The Netherlands in November. Four days, fifteen different locations, big names of non-mainstream music. Yesterday organizers announced the full program of the festival, among the artist there are 14 artists whose albums were reviewes on the blog. Here you have the links to the reviews:

Swans – To Be Kind
Julianna Barwick – Nepenthe
Tim Hecker – Virgins
Jenny Hval and Susanna – Meshes of Voice
Xiu Xiu – Angel Guts: Red Classroom
Carla Bozulich – Boy
Bo Ningen – III
Parquet Courts – Sanbathing Animal
Ought – More Than Any Other Day
Mac DeMarco – Salad Days
Sharon Van Etten – Are We There
Perfume Genius – Too Bright
Cloud Nothings – Here and Nowhere Else
St. Vincent – St. Vincent

Apart from that there are other huge names just to mention Autechre, Loop, Savages or Wire, the full program you can find here:
http://leguesswho.nl/

As soon as I listen to all bands and the detailed schedule will be announced, I am going to post my timetable for the festival.

But before, there is another concert that I’m going to attend and I’m very excited about. Shabazz Palaces. Great, hypnotizing far the best hip-hop released this year (Shabazz Palaces – Lese Majesty). Vibrations is something that I admire in this kind of music and they denifitely have vibrations. As soon as I’m back from Amsterdam (concert is on Monday, October 20th) I’m going to review it.

I believe the changes will improve the quality of the blog. I encourage you to follow the Twitter and Instagram accounts to be in touch with Music Anyway.
